Neither of them will reach their destination ... Suddenly, an invisible barrier falls over the city like a crystalline and unbreakable bubble. As it descends, it cuts a groundhog in half and amputates a gardener's hand. The plane that Claudette was piloting crashes into the dome and falls to the ground engulfed in flames.
